An elegant illustration based on a sentence from the short story "There Will Come Soft Rains" by Ray Bradbury. We were assigned to choose a sentence from the story and draw what we pictured the sentence would look like. The I chose sentence writes, "Martini's manifested on an oaken bench with egg salad sandwiches. Music played." I loved working with color palettes, different ways of shading, and adding texture during this project. Created with Procreate.
